Please read these terms carefully before creating or using an account on the crik7 platform — they give you a full understanding of your rights and responsibilities.
Important Notice: By registering on crik7 or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. You must be at least 21 years of age.

1. Definitions & Interpretation
"crik7" or "Platform" refers to the crik7.lat website and all services connected to it. "User" or "you" refers to any person registered on or using the platform.
"Account" refers to the personal gaming account created on crik7. "Services" refers to all gaming, betting, and other features available on the platform.
"Bonus Funds" refers to any bonus money granted by crik7 that is withdrawable subject to meeting specific conditions. "Wagering Requirement" refers to the amount that must be wagered before a bonus can be withdrawn.
2. Account Registration
To open an account on crik7, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation.
Each individual may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts on the same device, IP address, or for members of the same household is prohibited and may result in suspension or cancellation of all associated accounts.
- It is the user's responsibility to keep the information provided at registration accurate and up to date.
- Account login credentials must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
- Any unauthorized access to an account must be reported to crik7 support immediately.
- The user is responsible for all activity that takes place on their account.
3. Age Verification
You must be at least 21 years of age to play games and place bets on crik7. By using the platform, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.
Warning: Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. If false information is provided regarding age, the account will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited.

4. Account Management
crik7 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason. However, wherever possible, the user will be notified before such action is taken.
If an account remains inactive for an extended period, it may be flagged as inactive. In that case, the user will be contacted by email. Users may request to close their account at any time; any available funds will be returned in such cases.
5. Deposits & Withdrawals
The following mobile banking methods may be used to deposit and withdraw funds on crik7: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. (Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.)
- Minimum Deposit Amount: ৳100 (per method).
- Minimum Withdrawal Amount: ৳800.
- Withdrawal Processing Time: Generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
crik7 reserves the right to complete an identity verification process before approving a withdrawal request. Withdrawals may only be made through the same method used for the deposit. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
If fraudulent activity or money laundering is suspected, crik7 may suspend any transaction and notify the relevant authorities. If deposited funds are repeatedly deposited and withdrawn without being used for gameplay, the account may be suspended.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
crik7 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which must be read carefully before accepting the bonus.
Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000. Wagering requirement is 20x — applicable on the bonus amount only. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 as a bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; you must wager ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 before the bonus can be withdrawn.
- The principal deposit portion may be withdrawable before bonus conditions are met, however the wagering requirement must be fully completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- Winnings from bonus funds are added to the bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is fully met.
- crik7 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- A user may benefit from a specific promotion only once.
- If it is found that a bonus was obtained fraudulently, the bonus will be cancelled.
Gaming Rules & Prohibited Activities
7. Gaming Rules
All games on crik7 are operated on the principles of fairness and transparency. All games available on the platform are conducted to ensure fair play.
If a disconnection or technical issue occurs during a game, crik7 will make every effort to settle that game round correctly. However, crik7's liability for losses caused by such technical faults is limited.
- Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If any error or discrepancy is found in a game result, crik7 reserves the right to correct it.
- All game results are final and are calculated in accordance with the rules set by the game operator.
8. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the crik7 platform:
- Unauthorized access to or hacking attempts on the platform's systems.
- Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games.
- Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
- Colluding with other users to win games.
- Conducting illegal money laundering or fraudulent activities through the platform.
- Making transactions using a third party's funds or payment methods.
- Behaving in an abusive or threatening manner toward crik7 staff.
Consequences: Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in immediate account closure and all outstanding funds may be forfeited. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
crik7 places the highest importance on protecting users' personal information. The platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data secure.
Personal information collected at registration is used only for providing services, identity verification, and meeting legal obligations. Personal information is not sold to third parties. However, information may need to be disclosed under legal obligations or by order of the authorities.

crik7's liability for technical issues arising from third-party game providers is limited. In such cases, the rules of the relevant game provider will apply.
12. Changes & Amendments
crik7 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified by email of any significant changes.
Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions. If you do not wish to accept the new terms, you may request to close your account.
If any clause or provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the remaining clauses.
